BUDD FOOD COLLECTIVE! ( Let’s Spill the Beans)

Do you remember this beautiful dish SOM TAM – green papaya salad (Dhrin, kill me if that is not correct)? Here comes an idea: let’s all share our FAVORITE/ SIMPLE/ NATIONAL ( or maybe not) RECIPES!

We have been enjoying our national differences making our group a real diverse collective. Let’s use this blog to share our culinary favorites to be then compiled into a BUDD FOOD COLLECTIVE!

1)Choose your favorite recipe
2)Post it on our blog
3)Preferably add a photo ( or maybe a video) to it
4)If you feel like it, you can personalize it by adding some experience you had while making it ( i.e. it is better without a certain ingredient, best made in the morning, etc.)

A BUDD FOOD COLLECTIVE book that we can all share, take with us and keep the spirit up.

    Grate 2 big potatoes and 1 carrot coarsely. Slice an onion thinly. Mix them in a bowl with a tablespoon of flour, tsp of baking powder, 1 lemon zested, 1 lemon juice.

    Heat up 1″ of oil in a pan until it’s very hot then drop in a spoonful of the potato mixture. Fry until it’s brown and then flip it. Take it out of the oil and put it on paper towel to get rid of the excess oil. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
